Order Cancellation

Note: If your order is already dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, however, you can refuse the delivery upon attempt or return the package afterwards. For all such cases, standard Return Policy will apply to the order. For information on how to cancel a Retail Flag Grocery item or order, please visit GROCERY AND FRESH ITEMS CANCELLATION POLICY.

You can cancel particular items or the entire order:

Visit Your Orders.

After placing an order, you can modify the order within 30 minutes. For order cancellation you have time until the order is confirmed by the seller. In order to cancel an order, click contact seller in the specific order widget, and then select Cancellation Request in the drop-down menu.

Press Cancel Items.

Select the items you want to cancel Press Confirm Cancellation If the seller has dispatched the order, you will not be able to cancel the order.

You may still contact the seller and request cancellation. However, you can return the item once received at your end as per our RETURN POLICY. Select the check box next to each item you wish to remove from the order. Select all the items in the order in order to cancel the entire order. Click Cancel checked items when finished. Once you have requested the cancellation of an order and it is cancelled by the seller, Retail Flag will send you a confirmation email. Kindly visit YOUR ACCOUNT to see if the particular order appears in the CANCELLED ORDERS section. In case the seller has already dispatched the order and it cannot be cancelled or modified, kindly contact the seller for further instructions on their return policy. However, seller’s specific return policies cannot override Retail Flag’s RETURN POLICY. You may contact the seller by visiting CONTACT SELLERS.
