Return Items You Ordered

If you want to return an item, visit YOUR ORDERS section and click on Return Item after locating the specific order.

CLICK RETURN ITEM SELECT REASON FOR RETURN ADD DETAILS ATTACH PICTURES IF POSSIBLE.

Once you complete the process after following on-screen instructions, you will have to print return shipping labels and paste them on the package. Follow the instructions specified by the seller to avoid any issues. You can visit MANAGE RETURNS page to see the history of your returns, print labels and report issues to Retail Flag.

Kindly note that your return request will be reviewed by the sellers and they will either accept or deny your request based on the information you will provide In case, you feel that your return request was denied incorrectly or you do not receive a response from the seller within 2 working days, you can reach out to our team by filing RETAILFLAG GUARANTY on your purchase.

NOTE: Your returns may be subject to cost deduction from your refund amount depending on the reason for your return. Sellers may deduct shipping charges from your refunds in some cases.
