Resolve a Declined Payment

In case your payment was declined by the issuer, you need to contact your bank directly. You may consider the following before you contact your bank:

  • Check your card expiry
  • Confirm the card number and security code
  • Check if your bank allows online payments
  • Check your credit limit or account balance whichever is applicable.

In case you see unknown charges on your balance statement, consider the following before you contact your bank:

Go through your order history and see if you can find the order amount matching with the charge appearing in your statement. Your orders may be subject to multiple deliveries in some cases, and you will be charged separate deliveries.
