Communication and Interaction Guidelines

Retail Flag is a trusted marketplace, and your voice, suggestions and feedback are really important for us. As a user of our services, you can communicate and interact with other members of the society through feedbacks, product reviews, messages, question/answers regarding the product and forum discussion. In order to help promote safe and progressive environment, where content of the platform helps people understand our products and services in a better way, we have devised certain guidelines which every member has to follow.

Note: The guidelines mentioned here does not include the content of the products and services available on Retail Flag. For example, a book or DVD sold on the platform may carry content which is subject to other guidelines and policies, which may not be part of Retail Flag’s policies and guidelines.

In order to develop a marketplace where integrity of the community is taken seriously, sharing inauthentic content, misleading other members by posting false and inaccurate information is strictly prohibited. In case of a breach, Retail Flag reserves the right to restrict or suspend your access to our forums, services and other features. Furthermore, we may also remove the content and the products if we find it contradicting to our policies and guidelines. If your registered account with us was found involved in any form of misconduct, or in breach with any of the applicable laws, you may face civil and criminal penalties and we may suspend your account permanently.

As a member of our community, you are encouraged to report if you find any breach in anyway, which is in violation of our specified guidelines and polices. You may NOTIFY US; our team will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.

By using our services and features, you agree to our CONDITIONS OF USE and to all relevant policies and guidelines. We may amend these terms from time to time, and they apply to any form of content, such as pictures, comments, feedbacks, product reviews, and descriptions posted on the platform. While communicating with other members, using any of our services, you will abide by these guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

In order to ensure that only authentic users post content on the platform, you must spend a minimum of 5000 PKR to be eligible to write product reviews, and participate in forum discussions. In order to leave a seller feedback, you have to complete 1 successful order cycle. However, you can read reviews and comments posted by other members, and you can ask questions as well without meeting the minimum spending criteria.

Help and Relevance

Our aim through providing you with these features is to enable your fellow members to have access to helpful and relevant content. We expect you to submit content based on your honest personal experience and opinions.

Product reviews and questions should only relate to the products itself. Feedbacks for sellers should contain information relating to their service, product price, packaging and communication. You may leave a feedback for a seller at https://www.Retailflag.com/feedback

Respect Others

As a community, we have members with different opinions and views. Some views may be contradicting with your personal views, but they may not necessarily breach our policies and guidelines. Kindly ensure that your participation encourages a respectful and welcoming environment. Particularly:

Posting defamatory, abusive, pornographic, harassing, threatening, racist, ethnical, gender biased, sexually orientated, or hateful content is strictly prohibited.

Impersonation is a crime punishable by law, and you should not impersonate someone or something you are not.

Sharing personal information, such as emails, phone numbers, and photographs is prohibited.

Posting phishing, advertisement links or malware links is prohibited.

Repletion of same message or request is prohibited.

Influencing other members to post similar views as you is prohibited.

Soliciting paid reviews and feedbacks is prohibited.

Name-calling or making fun of people is prohibited.

You can ask questions and engage in discussion over community forums, as long as it is done in a respectful and non-threatening manner. Also ensure that your communication abides by all the relevant policies mentioned above.
