If you want to make changed to your billing or delivery address, or you want to change the payment method for the orders which have not been dispatched by the sellers yet, you can do it by visiting YOUR ORDERS.
Important: Dispatched orders cannot be modified.
Want to edit an order? If you want to edit an order:
Visit YOUR ORDERS.
Click ORDER DETAILS to edit a particular order.
If the order is sold by a Marketplace Seller, you'll only have 30 minutes to make any changes. After 30
Minutes, you should CONTACT SELLER directly to make any changes.
Note: Once the order is submitted by you, a seller cannot change the delivery address. If your order is not
dispatched, but initial 30 minutes window has elapsed, you can request a cancellation of the existing order
and order again. On-screen instructions are available for you to follow to change order information.
